When this is useful
A team may have a clear priority but need help applying the method, interpreting findings, or deciding the next test. Support can follow an APHIONE engagement, or begin with work already under way in your organization.
We review where the project has reached and focus on the decision that would help it progress. That might mean sharpening a question, examining customer evidence, assessing an option, planning a test, or preparing a recommendation.
Each session should leave the team clear about its next action, and what needs to return for review.
Agree the boundaries before beginning
We scope the work by team. The agreement should identify the projects covered, the session duration, the people involved, the between-session support, and the fee.
Your team continues to own the project and carry out the actions. APHIONE supports the inquiry and the decisions needed to advance it.
Choose the rhythm
Both run over three months. Both include preparation, follow-up, and email support between sessions.
Momentum Support
A working session every two weeks.
Useful when the team needs regular guidance, and enough time between sessions to apply it, gather evidence, or work with customers.
Accelerated Momentum Support
A working session every week.
Useful when priority work requires more frequent decisions, or a fixed date makes shorter review intervals valuable.
Judge progress by the work
Not a retainer for advice. Your team should need us less each quarter, not more.
At the start, we agree what meaningful progress would look like. Useful measures might include decisions reached, tests completed, important assumptions resolved, and actions carried through.
At the end of the quarter, we examine what changed and what the team can now do on its own. We can continue, adjust the rhythm, or conclude the support based on the work ahead.
