Turn customer conversations into priorities your business can act on.

Your commercial and technical teams see different parts of the customer relationship. Bring them into the same inquiry.

In a Customer Insight Sprint, your people visit customers, gather evidence, and develop a ranked set of actions with APHIONE’s guidance.

When this is useful

The sprint fits businesses where customer knowledge sits in individual relationships, important accounts involve several functions, or teams disagree about what customers need.

It helps you examine friction, unmet needs, and opportunities to do more business with the customers you already serve.

Your people hear it firsthand

We prepare your team to ask useful questions and observe how customers work. Commercial and technical colleagues make the visits together.

Shared experience gives them a better basis for interpreting the findings. A consistent capture format makes it possible to compare evidence across visits.

How the sprint works

One  ·  Prepare the inquiry
Three ninety-minute online sessions cover what to investigate, how to ask, and what to observe.

Two  ·  Plan together
During a day on your site, the team surfaces existing beliefs, sharpens its questions, practices the approach, and plans visits customer by customer.

Three  ·  Visit customers
Your people travel in small groups. Each visit is captured within twenty-four hours, with a short daily team review of what was heard.

Four  ·  Interpret the evidence
Across two half-day sessions, the team groups findings, revisits its earlier beliefs, and develops priorities. We help distinguish a customer statement, an interpretation, and an action that needs testing. The team ranks by likely value, delivery effort, the strength of the evidence, and what the next test must establish.

Five  ·  Put the findings before leadership
The team presents its customer strategy, proposed actions, owners, and the decisions needed to move forward.

What you receive

A view of customer friction and unmet needs.

A record of what the visits confirmed, challenged, or added to existing beliefs.

A ranked action list with named owners.

A customer strategy written from the team’s inquiry.

People with experience conducting and interpreting customer conversations.

What you need to provide

A sponsor, a commercial and technical team, and access to the customers whose experience matters to the question.

We agree the account selection, number of visits, elapsed schedule, and leadership decisions before beginning. Customer availability will influence the timing.

Keep the inquiry useful after the sprint

The team retains its evidence and capture discipline. Owners can use the findings to advance actions and identify what the next round of inquiry should examine.

If continued support would help, we can agree a working rhythm around those live priorities.
